Fırat University Faculty of Engineering Software, Computer and Electrical and Electronics Engineering 4th grade students and 25 female students who will be selected among the students who have master's degrees in the related departments will participate in the Information Technologies (IT) training module (SAP) conducted by YILDIRIM Technology. In the training, which will last for a total of 3 months, students will be prepared in accordance with the needs of the sector and successful students will be provided with internship, workplace training and then job opportunities. In the continuation of the project, women will be empowered in the digital economy and women's employment in the IT sector will increase.
